Role Overview: As Legal Counsel, you will be instrumental in navigating the complex legal landscape surrounding blockchain technology and tokenized assets. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to blockchain and tokenization.                                                                                  

2. Contract Drafting and Review: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to investments, partnerships, and tokenization projects.                                                       

3. Due Diligence: Conducting thorough due diligence on potential investments and tokenization projects to mitigate legal risks.                                                                                 

4. Legal Advisory: Providing strategic legal advice to senior management and stakeholders on matters related to blockchain technology and tokenized assets.                               

5. Regulatory Engagement: Engaging with regulatory bodies and policymakers to advocate for favorable regulatory frameworks for blockchain and tokenization.                            

 

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where you will be practicing.

• Minimum of [X] years of experience practicing law, with a focus on blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech.

• Strong understanding of securities laws, financial regulations, and emerging legal issues in the blockchain space.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
